DIY Healing

We see health holistically. It depends on the state of our mind, behavior and thinking patterns, emotions and our body. We take a positive view of human capacity. We can realize our dreams get to our full potential. We can shape our reality as we wish, and we can do a lot of healing work on ourselves.

Sex-Education

Many interpersonal dramas have their origin in a wounded or shamefully suppressed sexuality. With sex-education we contribute to the healing of our human interactions, of sexual violence, of the mental legacy and wounds of centuries of alienation from our natural & beautiful sexuality.

Self-responsibility

We teach radical self-responsibility for our reality, life, happiness, health and goals. We promote maturity instead of passive victim attitudes. Our actions, thoughts & gestures count all, so we have a ongoing responsibility for them and the freedom to choose wise in every second of our lives.
